Major constibutions of Benjamin Franklin

As an infant and as an adult Benjamin Franklin was an inventor. Benjamin Franklin invented a large number of inventions that we use in our everyday lives.
When Franklin was an infant he designed something like swimming fins so that he could swim faster. Ben also invented something like water skiing and paragliding put together when he was an infant. He lay in the water held the stick of the kite and then let the wind pull him around. In 1752 Franklin and his son William put a key on a kite string and when they felt lightning strike the kite he when to his lab and found out that electricity is in the atmosphere. Another invention that he created was the odometer in 1762. The odometer could help deliver mail faster. One day Franklin thought about the damages that lightning was doing to houses and ships so he invented a “Lightning Rod” which makes the lightning not damage the houses. In 1744 Franklin improved fireplaces by letting the metal soak the wood and warm the room even after the fire was out. On May 9, 1754 the first cartoon “Join or Die” was created by Franklin and published. In 1758 Franklin and John Hadley figured out the principles of refrigeration. Then in 1761 Franklin made something called an Armonica, which is like a piano.
During his whole life Benjamin Franklin was an extraordinary inventor. Benjamin Franklin never letting anything go without questioning its source.
